First-time Clients

50% deposit is required for first-time clients. Only once deposit is paid will the booking be secured (ie. The sooner your payment is made, the sooner your booking will be confirmed).

Advanced Reservations

We highly recommend that you schedule your appointments at least one week in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment or service is available.

 

Cancellation Policy

There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy whereby you will be charged 50% of your treatment should you not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. If payment has been made in advance, Amanda Steyn Aesthetics does not provide refunds for cancelled or missed appointments.

Arrival & Time Policy 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Upon arrival, please Whatsapp Amanda (082 711 6524) to let her know you are outside as a courtesy to any clients that may be finishing up with their treatments. Please be advised that additional time taken as a result of late arrival or additional requests will be charged accordingly. Additionally, late arrival may mean reduced treatment time.

 

Payment Types

Cash, SnapScan, Instant EFT (or if paid in advance).

 

Etiquette

The Amanda Steyn Aesthetics treatment space is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please turn off/silent all cellular phones while in the treatment area. 

 

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment or service when making your treatment booking. Amanda Steyn Aesthetics is held harmless for any information not provided at the time of service.

 

Gift Certificates

Amanda Steyn Aesthetics gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates should be used within 12 months of purchase or as noted on the certificate. Certificates may not be used to purchase or be exchanged for other gift certificates or cash. Amanda Steyn Aesthetics shall not be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates

Purchasing, Sending and Receiving Gift Certificates

  • Gift Certificates are purchased and given in person.

  • Unless noted otherwise, all gift certificates expire 1 year from date of purchase. 

  • Gift certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable.

  • Gift certificates are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed by Amanda Steyn.

  • Amanda Steyn Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser.

 
Redeeming Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are only redeemable at Amanda Steyn Aesthetics for the amount or service specified on the gift certificate and must be redeemed by expiration date indicated.

  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. They carry no cash value.

  • Any unused balance of the gift certificate will remain until redeemed or the gift certificate reaches the original expiration date, whichever occurs first.

  • Any unused portion of a gift certificate cannot be converted to cash.

  • If a service exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at the time of service.

  • For security purposes, a recipient may be required to show valid ID before he or she can redeem the gift certificate.

  • Use and redemption of our gift certificates are also governed by our Privacy Policy. 

 

Prices

Prices for services and products are subject to change on our website and menus without advance notice. Amanda Steyn Aesthetics reserves the right to charge additionally if clients reschedule after the 24-hour period prior to (or are more than 15 minutes late for) appointments. Please see ‘Arrival & Timing Policy’ for more information. 

 

  • Eyelashes: Should a client arrive for an Eyelash Fill with less than 20% of their extensions in tact, they will be charged for a full set. 

 

Terms and Conditions

Amanda Steyn Aesthetics reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its sole discretion. It is the responsibility of the client to check the latest terms and conditions on www.amandasteyn.com

 

Right of Admissions Reserved

Amanda Steyn Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. Amanda Steyn Aesthetics reserves the right to define inappropriate conduct. Each appointment is strictly reserved for one customer at a time only, no children, babies or third parties allowed.

Indemnity

 Amanda Steyn Aesthetics shall not be held liable for any injury or adverse reaction during, before or after treatment. While on the property, Amanda Steyn Aesthetics shall remain harmless from and against all losses pertaining to bodily injury, death, damage, loss or destruction of personal property of the client.

Treatment Quality

If for any reason Amanda Steyn Aesthetics fails to meet your expectations during your treatment, please let me know within 24 hours of your service.
